Responsibilities
- Provide advanced, customer-facing deliverability support and reporting for an assigned portfolio of customers
- Conduct in-depth investigations, audits, and reviews of email sending practices
- Assist customers with blocklists, spam traps, ISP issues, and reputation remediation
- Design and monitor IP warming schedules and track warming progress
- Monitor customer email metrics and drive improvements to sending reputation
- Deliver long-term strategic deliverability planning for high-visibility brands
- Lead strategic projects to mature processes, product capabilities, thought leadership, and customer education
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience preferred
- Relevant certifications or formal training in email/marketing technologies are a plus
