Federal Consulting Engineer (TS/SCI and FS Poly required)
Skills
- Extensive experience with database technologies and data modeling concepts
- Experience with graph databases (Neo4j or similar) and graph modeling
- Strong object-oriented programming skills (Java preferred) and scripting (Python/JS)
- Experience with complex data analysis, migrations, and system integration
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and source control systems (Git, SVN, Perforce)
- Knowledge of access management and data security practices
- Ability to produce prototypes, demos, and production-ready deployments
- Strong communication and customer-facing advisory skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to all phases of Neo4j implementations for federal customer projects
- Act as technical SME: write code, advise engineering teams, and prepare production deployments
- Develop solution architectures and design prototype solutions demonstrating required functionality
- Drive technical requirements, data modeling, data ingestion, coding and testing
- Prepare solution proposals and technical documentation for engineering and management stakeholders
- Train and educate customers and internal teams on Neo4j usage and best practices
- Collaborate with client teams onsite as needed to support integration and delivery
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (required)
