Skills
- 10–15 years technical project management or technical pre-sales experience, ideally in payments.
- Fluent written and spoken Portuguese and English for technical and business contexts.
- Strong experience in system integration and integration with payment issuers/PSPs.
- Proven experience with REST and SOAP web services and excellent SQL skills.
- Experience delivering integrations from concept through launch in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to analyze data, identify issues and propose actionable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct gap analysis and design integration solutions with payment issuers (digital wallets, banking schemes, carriers).
- Scope technical integration details and manage end-to-end integration projects with tight timelines.
- Onboard and support new merchants, including non-standard project-based integrations.
- Serve as internal escalation contact for technical issues from merchants and payment issuers.
- Plan, prioritize and allocate resources to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Facilitate regular project scrums, track tasks and dependencies, and manage scope changes.
- Drive technical issues to resolution with Engineering and external partners.
- Maintain clear communication of project status, risks and mitigation plans with stakeholders.
- Negotiate and lead discussions with partners to resolve technical and commercial blockers.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Scrum Master certification preferred.
