What Will You Do?

Job Purpose Statement

To increase sales and profits by developing creative merchandising solutions; to represent the voice of the restaurant/customers in regards to communications; to manage the charitable contributions and activate LRM and local PR opportunities and to manage the operation of the Marketing Team. 

Job Functions

  • Manage the ad agencies’ creative process, inventory tracking, menu board systems, distribution and execution of all merchandising programs and P.O.P. audits.
  • Manage the restaurant communications process to inform the restaurants of upcoming events (Sales Building Memos and P.O.P. Plan-o-Grams).
  • Manage production of LRM support materials (programs, coupons, etc.) and plan local restaurant marketing events.
  • Manage charitable contributions and assist with the activation of local PR & LRM events.
  • Manage the POS, Operations, Training and Purchasing interface with Marketing.
  • Manage the weekly DMA Sales, Promotions Summary, Product Mix updates, Financial Package reports and Sales and Product Mix tracking reports.
  • Manage the daily operation of the Marketing Team and Advertising Agency.
  • Manage and develop innovative merchandising solutions for optimization.
  • Manage competitive pricing and merchandising surveys and reports.
  • Manage a system-wide, in-store fundraisers in support of charitable partners; including activation, tracking and reporting.
  • Manage merchandising and digital menu board content for new restaurant openings.
  • Conduct DMIT and DM Orientation sessions.
  • Consistently exhibit the actions/behaviors which best demonstrate BNE’s Vision and Values; perform other tasks as directed by management; and at all times represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. as a professional in every aspect of performance.
