- Experience coordinating onboarding in government or contracting environments.
- Knowledge of VA onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new staff joining VA task orders.
- Track and manage submission of all required onboarding documentation including security forms and training certificates.
- Communicate with incoming staff to ensure completion of onboarding requirements.
- Serve as liaison between new staff, internal teams, and VA representatives to resolve onboarding issues.
- Maintain accurate onboarding records and track candidate onboarding status.
- Ensure compliance with all VA onboarding policies and procedures.
- Provide onboarding status updates to program managers and leadership.
- Assist in improving and streamlining onboarding processes and documentation.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
