We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive focused on Prospecting within Higher Education to sell software solutions to colleges and universities, managing the full sales cycle and exceeding quotas.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include qualifying and closing sales opportunities, maintaining CRM tools for pipeline management, engaging with technical teams, and developing tailored client proposals.
Skills: Candidates must possess 8+ years of software sales experience in the Higher Education sector, strong knowledge of sales methodologies, and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include experience with student information systems and a background in working with higher education organizations.
Location: This is a remote-first position based in the United States.
Compensation: $156400 - $218300 / Annually

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead to close, and must love the thrill of the hunt. They will also help internal teams continue to innovate by sharing knowledge of client challenges, as well as their understanding of Blackbaud's Education Management Suite for colleges and universities. The starting base salary and annual proposed commission is $156,400.00 to $218,300.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, sales quota, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
