Skills
- Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
- Thorough understanding of subdivision platting process
- Knowledge of relevant agency regulations and permitting processes
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Capable and willing to drive personal vehicle throughout the region
Responsibilities
- Prepare and calculate subdivision plats and site plans
- Assist in peer reviews and provide feedback on work products
- Prepare abandonment and special request applications
- Prepare formal feasibility reports
- Attend agency review meetings and public meetings
- Coordinate with internal teams, external clients, and agency contacts
- Assist with preparation of contracts and related documentation
- Mentor and guide less experienced team members
Education
- High School Diploma required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred (civil engineering, surveying, or related preferred)
