We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Lead to own the engine that powers our growth. This is not a traditional ops role - this is about funnel conversion, GTM alignment, and revenue accountability. You’ll obsess over conversion rates, AOV, and retention, while embedding AI into the way we sell, serve, and scale.
Your mandate: fix the choke points that determine whether a lead becomes a qualified opportunity, a shipped order, and ultimately a recurring member. You’ll partner with Marketing, Enrollment, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to diagnose leaks, streamline handoffs, and design AI-enabled workflows that create measurable revenue lift.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on driving conversion, efficiency, and scale - and who is energized by translating GTM strategy into operational execution.
Own Revenue Conversion & Growth
Diagnose funnel gaps, leakage points, and handoff friction - then design fixes that lift conversion across stages (lead qualification, insurance verification, SWO retrieval, shipment, resupply).
Drive AOV improvement through pricing/packaging experiments, upsell opportunities, and optimized member flows.
Partner with leadership to set revenue KPIs and own dashboards, reporting, and insights that guide tradeoffs.
Collaborate with Product and Member Experience to improve post-onboarding retention, resupply rates, and LTV.
Integrate AI Into the Revenue Engine
Identify high-leverage AI opportunities (lead qualification, follow-up, documentation, verification, onboarding).
Pilot and scale AI-enabled workflows that improve speed, reduce cost, and lift win rates.
Act as the internal AI champion, ensuring adoption is real and measurable.
Build & Scale Systems
Stand up and optimize systems across CRM, funnel stages, and reporting.
Hack together workflows where needed; refine into scalable processes as they prove out.
Reduce cycle time in core revenue processes (SWO retrieval, payer integration, member onboarding).
Strategic Partner to Leadership
Pressure-test assumptions, analyze tradeoffs, and inform revenue strategy with data.
Help define and track quarterly revenue + AI OKRs.
Translate strategic priorities into operational execution with documented processes for scale.
Act as connective tissue across Marketing, Enrollment, and RCM - ensuring GTM alignment from lead generation through retention.
6+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Ops, BizOps, growth, or consulting with proven cross-functional impact across marketing, sales/enrollment, and post-sale operations.
A track record of driving measurable revenue improvement (conversion lift, AOV growth, retention/resupply impact).
Experience identifying, piloting, and scaling AI/automation tools across business workflows.
Strong analytical toolkit (SQL, Sheets/Excel, dashboards, BI tools) with ability to translate insights into action.
Hands-on system builder - comfortable hacking solutions quickly, then operationalizing them.
Strategic thinker who brings their own perspective vs. just taking orders.
Comfort in ambiguity, bias for action, and ability to influence across teams.
Healthcare, regulated industries, or marketplace experience is a plus.
Startup experience is strongly preferred.
