We’re looking for a mission-driven Marketing and Sales killer who can own growth for the Courses product line at Leland. Leland is growing rapidly, and the Courses product is a critical segment of our revenue. If you are a master of written communication and persuasion, a scrappy hustler, a relentless operator, and an extreme owner you will love this role, and we want you to join the team.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and iterate on a magical growth playbook

• Find the holy grail — test your way to the highest-converting email and text copy

• Sell at scale through constant communication with hundreds of warm leads

• Plan and execute world-class event and email campaigns

• Partner closely with a talented team of operators (from BCG, Bain & Company, Uber, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Use data to prioritize initiatives and continuously optimize performance

• Build a rocket ship while riding it to the moon

Qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent

• Internship or full-time work in a fast-paced, analytical environment including Strategy & Ops, Consulting, Marketing/Growth, Finance, or other relevant roles (bonus points for startup experience but not required)
