Responsibilities
- Develop and execute retail strategy for U.S. market expansion.
- Lead site selection, lease negotiations, and store fit-out project management.
- Manage multi-site P&L and balance commercial results with brand integrity.
- Create operational standards and KPIs that scale effectively.
- Build and lead high-performing retail teams including Area and Store Managers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, wholesale, and operations teams.
- Travel extensively to store sites and international HQ as required.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
