This role will oversee all operational, clinical, financial, and compliance activities, ensuring exceptional patient care while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations of the surgery center, including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow.
- Act as liaison between governing board, physicians, and staff.
- Manage budgets, purchasing, and vendor contracts.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
- Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations for all staff.
- Monitor surgical schedules, volumes, and quality outcomes.
- Implement marketing and business development strategies to grow services.
- Lead monthly operational reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field (Associate’s degree considered with strong experience).
- Minimum 3 years in a senior administrative/management role in an ASC or hospital surgical setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of managing budgets, contracts, and compliance programs.
- Ability to build strong relationships with physicians, staff, and stakeholders.
