As our Office & Team Experience Manager, you’ll own everything that makes the Basis office hum—how it looks, how it runs, and how it feels to walk in each morning.
Manage all facilities operations– vendors, supplies, maintenance, deliveries, and relationships with our building partners.
Own the look, feel, and function of our space, ensuring it’s always organized, delightful, and ready for what’s next.
Lead logistics for office expansion and employee growth, partnering closely with leadership and external vendors.
Track and manage budgets for facilities and employee experience initiatives.
Coordinate logistics for team and visitors — from travel to meeting setup.
Continuously look for ways to improve our space, systems, and rituals as we grow.
You’ll manage the logistics that keep us organized while creating the moments that make us proud to be here, ensuring our space runs seamlessly as we grow. You’ll plan regular team events and design little sparks of joy throughout the workplace.
Plan - along with the rest of the Office of CEO - regular team events, celebrations, and in-office rituals that build connection and reflect who we are.

In accordance with New York State regulations, the salary range for this position is $70,000 – $120,000. This range represents our broad compensation philosophy and covers various responsibility and experience levels. Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program. We are committed to meritocratic and competitive compensation.
