- Knowledge of networking protocols and telecommunications (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs)
- Understanding CCTV, video management, and access control systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure

- Strong presentation and technical acumen
- Experience developing Statements of Work (SOW)
- Relevant telecommunications certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, WCNA)
Responsibilities
- Master Axon technologies and products
- Lead technical and business presentations effectively
- Engage in technical discussions with IT leadership and stakeholders
- Manage customer and team expectations
- Provide technical support throughout pre-sales cycles
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners
- Respond to customer RFPs and RFIs professionally
- Position technology against competitive products
- Represent Axon at industry events and conferences
- Create or improve technical documentation
- Capture feature requests and provide feedback to internal teams
- Develop Statements of Work (SOW) for Professional Services
- Perform other assigned duties and projects
Education
- Associates degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
- Alternatively, 5+ years of relevant experience
