Responsibilities
- Lead Axon Ecosystem integrations for in-vehicle camera products ensuring seamless connection with other devices and evidence systems.
- Develop customer insights, analyze market opportunities, and identify product gaps for continuous innovation.
- Monitor hardware and software quality at scale, reviewing customer satisfaction metrics.
- Use data-driven decision-making leveraging CSAT, telemetry, and market data.
- Collaborate across Support, Sales, Cloud Software, and Product teams to align product vision and execution.
- Triage and prioritize feature requests and translate customer feedback into detailed product requirements.
- Manage customer escalations with tact, helping maintain Axon's high customer service standards.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, STEM fields, or related discipline.
