Skills
- 5-8 years management or technology consulting experience with HCM/ERP project work
- Deep knowledge of HCM business processes and common challenges
- Experience with ERP transformation activities: current-state assessment, software selection, implementation advisory
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead client engagements independently and cultivate executive relationships
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact strategy engagements across enterprise transformation, IT modernization, and organizational design.
- Conduct ERP/HCM readiness assessments, develop roadmaps, and provide advisory guidance on software selection and transformation options.
- Work with executives to define vision, evaluate alternatives, and align technology strategy with organizational mission.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and executive briefings to build consensus and surface priorities.
- Partner with delivery teams across ERP implementation, modernization, and analytics to ensure strategic coherence.
- Contribute to practice growth through methodology development, thought leadership, and capability building.
