Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact strategy projects across enterprise transformation, IT modernization, and organizational design
- Conduct ERP readiness assessments, develop roadmaps, and provide advisory on ERP decisions
- Collaborate with client executives to define vision, evaluate options, and align technology investments with mission
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and executive briefings to build consensus
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure strategic coherence across implementation, modernization, and analytics
- Contribute to practice growth through methodology development, thought leadership, and capability building
Education
- Bachelor's degree required
