Job Description
Phone & Call Management: Answer incoming calls, return voicemails promptly, and handle same-/next-day scheduling changes (high call volume expected before holidays).
Patient Scheduling: Manage clinic scheduling system; schedule/reschedule appointments accurately and promptly.
Follow-Up Outreach: Contact “maroon” patients (those with no future appointments) and re-book them to ensure continuity of care.
Patient Retention & Education: Use provided scripts to encourage patients to stay consistent with treatment plans, reinforcing holistic, drug-free care philosophy.
Messaging & Documentation: Send reminders/confirmations via SMS/email; update schedule notes to reflect patient status.
Tools: Use OpenPhone VoIP for calls/texts; access clinic scheduling software via user account provided by clinic.
