Ascend Learning is seeking a Senior Manager for Growth Marketing to lead marketing strategies and drive revenue for Clover Learning, focusing on both D2C and B2B initiatives within a dynamic and innovative team environment.
Responsibilities: Oversee D2C marketing strategies, manage marketing execution, track KPIs, develop go-to-market strategies, and lead B2B marketing efforts.
Skills: Proven marketing leadership experience, proficiency with HubSpot and SEO, strong strategic and copywriting skills, and familiarity with AI tools for marketing initiatives.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8+ years in marketing leadership, domain expertise in education technology, and experience managing a team or developing OKRs.
Location: This is a remote position available within the United States.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $100,000 - $140,000.

The senior manager growth marketing is a critical role for Clover Learning, Inc., an Ascend Learning brand. This role will drive revenue and achieve growth objectives through direct to consumer (D2C), business to business (B2B) and go to market (GTM) strategy and execution. The senior manager growth marketing will drive marketing automation, maturation and ensure alignment with marketing standards.
