Responsibilities: The Integration Engineer will collaborate with clients to configure integrations, develop solutions for learning platforms, establish data protocols, manage technical debt, and participate in pre-sales discussions.
Skills: Proficient in software development, database management, API integrations, and programming languages such as C#, Ruby, Java, or Python. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred, along with 3+ years of experience in software development and integration technologies, and a strong understanding of LMS and educational technologies.
Location: This position is hybrid, based in Leawood, Kansas, United States.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $90,000 - $130,000.

The Integration Engineer will leverage their technical expertise and problem-solving skills to create meaningful solutions that bridge technology and the users who rely on it. This role will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver integration solutions that meet and exceed expectations. The Integration Engineer will design and build applications to address gaps, ensuring system reliability, resiliency, and seamless functionality.
This position requires a strong background in software development, database management, and exceptional interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and troubleshoot challenges effectively.
