Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations at the Texas Test Site and coordinate with T&E engineers, logistics, and visiting teams
- Use data analytics to optimize site efficiency, space usage, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Plan, lead, and deliver operational and workplace projects on-time and on-budget
- Oversee site inventory, supplies, and demonstration/deployment equipment availability
- Manage and develop vendor relationships and external partnerships
- Supervise and mentor a team of site coordinators to maintain high performance and service quality
- Organize and execute internal and external events, client demos, and deployments
- Communicate site changes, policies, and updates to employees and stakeholders
- Travel up to 20% to support site operations and programs as needed
Education
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience
- OR High School diploma with a minimum of four years of relevant professional experience
