Skills
- Experience with MRP/ERP/MES systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel focused)
- Experience with reporting tools (Tableau, SQL, Confluence or equivalent)
- Inventory and logistics coordination

Responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and move parts through production flow to ensure timely delivery to next production location
- Coordinate physical movement of parts across receiving inspection, stock rooms, purchasing, production resources and work centers
- Ensure parts are handled, protected, and processed within company specifications
- Coordinate off-site processing of parts and manage related logistics to meet delivery schedules
- Support manufacturing, supply chain, and inventory teams cross-functionally
- Maintain clean and accurate MRP/ERP/MES data and assist in resolving inventory inaccuracies
- Work with production managers to complete metrics-driven action requirements
- Develop and maintain reports to highlight needs, deliverables, and constraints for internal and customer use
- Communicate part status and estimated completion dates to leadership on a regular basis
- Support staging of workflow, material certification management, return-to-stock and inventory purge actions
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic tooling and calibration libraries
- Support assigned production cells with work order management activities
- Perform physical tasks including lifting (20+ lbs), climbing, bending, kneeling, crawling, and stooping; work overtime/weekends as needed
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Post-secondary coursework or certifications (e.g., APICS) preferred
