Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations at the Texas Test Site and coordinate with T&E engineers, logistics, and stakeholders
- Use data and analytics to drive site efficiency, manage space and resource usage, and implement continuous improvements
- Resolve site issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining a productive work environment
- Lead and execute operational and workplace projects within deadlines and budgets
- Plan and oversee internal team and external client events to ensure professional execution
- Manage test site supplies, equipment, and demonstration/deployment inventory levels
- Supervise and develop a team of site coordinators to maintain high operational standards
- Develop and manage vendor relationships and third-party partnerships
- Communicate site changes, policies, and updates effectively to employees and stakeholders
- Travel as needed (up to ~20%) to support other sites and site-related activities
Education
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
- OR high school diploma with a minimum of four years relevant professional experience
