- Direct Special Operations exposure or operational experience with SOF units
- Strong written and verbal communication with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Ability to independently manage work at remote or isolated sites with an ownership mentality
- Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining hardware and software systems
- Resourcefulness, bias toward action, and strong problem-solving in field environments
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to support customer delivery and training events
Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and hands-on cUAS training and education to Special Operations Forces across the SI Program family-of-systems
- Develop, update, and maintain training curricula, POIs, simulations, and knowledge-portal content
- Assess customer knowledge gaps, design training solutions, and resource realistic training events
- Manage end-to-end hardware and software configuration for assigned cUAS equipment and ensure operational readiness
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer—capturing product updates and communicating user needs to product, engineering, and logistics teams
- Coordinate and execute training events in deployed or remote environments, including travel up to 50%
- Document procedures, create user guides, and maintain training records for partner components
- Support field-level troubleshooting and escalation during training and operational deployments
Education
- No specific degree required; equivalent military or technical experience accepted
- Experience developing training materials, curricula, or POIs
- Operational or technical background in defense systems preferred
