Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized virtual occupational therapy sessions to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments and develop/update OT intervention plans and IEP goals
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and comply with state and district requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, SLPs, counselors, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt therapeutic activities to students' home/school environments and available materials
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
- Troubleshoot basic technology and teletherapy platform issues to ensure session quality
- Participate in mentorship, training, and team meetings as required
Education
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Colorado License in Occupational Therapy
- Colorado Department of Education Certificate for Occupational Therapy
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a school setting
