Responsibilities
- Engineer scalable, robust software for networking, sensor integration, and autonomy across robotic platforms
- Integrate sensors (cameras, LiDAR, IMUs) for perception, localization, and navigation
- Design and optimize distributed communication and message-passing frameworks for multi-robot coordination
- Collaborate with hardware, systems, and manufacturing teams to integrate software into physical systems
- Test, debug, and deploy systems in operational environments (travel up to 25%)
- Contribute across the software lifecycle: prototyping, implementation, testing, and deployment
- Optimize system performance for latency, battery consumption, and resource utilization
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in deployed systems to ensure reliability and mission success
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's in Robotics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
