Responsibilities
- Define and evolve Vue.js frontend architecture, patterns, and best practices for Plan:Knowledge.
- Design and implement user-facing interfaces for Wiki, Pages, Markdown, Text Editors, and GLQL Views.
- Lead technical direction for the Rich Text Editor (TipTap/ProseMirror), focusing on collaborative editing, large-document performance, and cross-browser consistency.
- Collaborate with backend, Product, UX, Security, and Technical Writing to deliver iterative, well-scoped improvements.
- Mentor and coach frontend engineers, improving code quality, testing, and decision-making.
- Increase frontend test coverage and reliability using automated testing, monitoring, and debugging practices.
- Partner with adjacent teams to align on shared components, patterns, and frontend standards.
- Contribute to AI-powered features and experiments to enhance content creation, discovery, and collaboration.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Continuous learning mindset; relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus but not required
