- 7+ years professional hardware product development experience

- Experience with MCU, CPU, and FPGA devices
- Strong understanding of analog and digital electronic circuits
- Low-level firmware experience for bring-up and test
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle PCB development: requirements, schematic capture, component selection, layout supervision, bring-up, test, debug, and system integration
- Design and prototype high-reliability assemblies combining high-speed digital, precision analog, RF, and high-power circuitry
- Drive product maturity through rapid prototyping, verification, and qualification activities
- Establish and enforce internal DFM, quality, and manufacturability guidelines
- Conduct peer-level and cross-discipline design reviews
- Develop low-level firmware for board bring-up and test procedures
- Perform root cause analysis to support production operations
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience
