Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of ambiguous, cross-functional special projects in direct support of the SVP and Head of Division Operations.
- Drive clarity and alignment across initiatives by documenting actions, decisions, milestones, and follow-ups.
- Translate leadership intent into coordinated plans, pre-reads, and meeting artifacts to align execs and teams.
- Provide direct executive support: triage inputs, prioritize asks, track follow-ups, and enable efficient use of leadership time.
- Support planning and execution of VIP events, customer engagements, and trade-shows in partnership with admin teams and EAs.
- Conduct research, compile data, and synthesize multiple inputs into concise artifacts for internal and external decision-making.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred but not required
