- Proven ability to deliver large-scale deployments on time and within budget
- Deep understanding of industrial automation, robotics, and systems commissioning
- Experience interpreting electrical/mechanical schematics, layouts, and integration plans
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management across technical and client teams
- Comfortable with frequent domestic and international travel (up to 50–75%)
Responsibilities
- Define and lead end-to-end deployment strategy for major client programs
- Manage cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, site supervisors, and field technicians
- Collaborate with clients to establish requirements, timelines, and success criteria
- Oversee commissioning, integration, and operational hand-off of technology systems
- Establish SOPs, KPIs, and continuous improvement processes for deployments
- Provide input to resource planning, budgeting, and vendor coordination
- Capture field feedback to inform solution enhancements and organizational learning
- Monitor field progress, assess risks, and implement corrective actions in real time
- Support hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of deployment personnel
- Ensure safety, quality, and client standard compliance across projects
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Operations Management, or related field (required)
- Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- Project/program management certification such as PMP (preferred)
