Responsibilities
- Provide Army operational expertise to align programmatic requirements with technical architecture and mission threads.
- Serve in a customer-facing role with U.S. Army and defense stakeholders to lead work, shape opportunities, and resolve program issues.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration across operations, engineering, product, and delivery teams.
- Support development and delivery of contract deliverables and program governance artifacts.
- Drive platform governance and standardization: requirements validation, data governance, access controls, accreditation, cybersecurity, and integrations.
- Translate ambiguous requirements from internal and external stakeholders into executable delivery plans and outcomes.
- Support programmatic growth, transition to production, and capture efforts with senior Army and DoD leadership.
- Build trust with teammates, vendors, partners, and government stakeholders through clear communication and follow-through.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required (relevant field)
- Graduate degree in CS, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or JPME II preferred
