Responsibilities
- Sustain Air Defense deployments by combining customer mission understanding with product and integration knowledge
- Triage, diagnose, and root cause product incidents across the deployed fleet and drive resolution and postmortems
- Improve fleet observability and telemetry in partnership with product and engineering teams
- Develop and maintain fleet health reporting and monitor deviations from baselines
- Interface with internal operations, engineering, and product teams to identify and resolve reliability issues
- Provide proactive communications and detail-oriented support to global customers
- Propose process and product improvements based on customer feedback and analytics
- Perform maintenance and diagnostics on hardware using the Linux command line
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Technical training or certifications in systems, networking, or Linux is a plus
- Ability to obtain U.S. security clearance (required)
