- In-depth knowledge of FAR Part 52.245-1 and DFARS Part 245
- Experience with compliance audits (internal and DCMA/DCAA)
- Proficiency with property management systems and PIEE
- Strong analytical skills for trend analysis and corrective actions
- Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
Responsibilities
- Oversee lifecycle management of customer/Government property to ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and contract terms
- Analyze and improve property management processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Plan and execute internal and external compliance audits (e.g., DCMA/DCAA) and manage corrective actions
- Maintain asset management system and ensure transaction traceability and accurate records
- Receive, tag, and originate asset records and support physical inventory reconciliation
- Coordinate property reviews and inventories at subcontractors to ensure control of government property
- Report property transactions through PIEE (Shipment, Receipt, Transfer, Consumption, LTDD, Excess)
- Provide training and guidance to cross-functional teams on government property regulations
- Communicate status and issues to stakeholders using Slack, email, and meetings
- Support ad-hoc tasks and roll up sleeves in a fast-paced startup environment
Education
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field
