Skills
- Familiarity with maintenance storeroom processes and parts tracking
- Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn
- Experience or willingness to work with CMMS (Limble preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Accurate data entry and record keeping
- Vendor coordination and PO processing
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment
Responsibilities
- Schedule, organize, and track preventive and corrective maintenance tasks using Limble CMMS
- Create and assign work orders under direction of Facilities Manager
- Manage end-to-end flow of maintenance supplies and spare parts to ensure readiness
- Maintain and update accurate asset records, job plans, and maintenance logs
- Keep storerooms organized and stocked with critical and spare parts
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Limble system
- Create purchase orders and coordinate procurement with vendors
- Validate and resolve vendor invoice issues and process invoices through financial systems
- Process maintenance-related invoices and purchase orders
- Perform other duties as assigned and comply with company policies and safety standards
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
