Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel itineraries, reservations, and logistics for executives and EP personnel
- Maintain and update EP team calendars to enable transparent scheduling
- Conduct invoice audits for accuracy and compliance, and complete approved payments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for the Executive Protection team
- Organize and maintain electronic files and databases related to travel and security activities
- Facilitate communication between EP team and C-suite support staff
- Assist in planning and executing security-related events and initiatives
- Develop contingency plans and coordinate logistics for unexpected travel or security changes
- Participate in team meetings and propose improvements to administrative processes
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Relevant administrative or security-related coursework preferred
