Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Core Technology to define vision, operating model, and annual goals for Core Technology.
- Design, implement, and measure processes that enable Core Technology to deliver centrally developed technologies to business lines.
- Manage Core Technology budget with FP&A and track financial health against goals and deliverables.
- Drive annual planning, staffing assignments, and resource allocation to support business line needs.
- Define and track organizational health and performance metrics for engineering deliverables.
- Lead strategic initiatives and special projects spanning cross-functional partners.
- Represent the hardware engineering organization in leadership forums; report risks and developments to senior leadership.
Education
- Undergraduate degree in an engineering major (required)
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred but not required
