Scheduler Position Summary

 

  • Complete and maintain employee schedule:
  • Med Tech's and Resident Aides
  • Manage OnShift
  • Attendance tracking via OnShift
  • Weekly overtime reports
  • Maintain Daily Staffing:
  • Make sure all shifts are covered with staff daily
  • Make calls to cover in the event there is a call off
  • Cover the shift if there is an opening that is below our safety minimum
  • Interview prospects when Business Office Manager is unavailable
  • Coordinate with recruiting when Business Office Manager is unavailable
  • Set up interviews
  • Maintain and track new hire paperwork
  • Manage new hire process
  • Report open positions weekly
  • Training and orientation:
  • Schedule training
  • Schedule and coordinate orientation for all new hires
  • Assist with disciplinary action
  • Track write ups for wellness staff
    • Manager on Duty:
    • Participate in weekend MOD rotation
    • Daily rounding of the community to ensure resident care needs are met as well as making sure staff are performing up to company
    • Assist Business Office Manager with maintaining employee files
    • Notify Payroll, Wellness Administrator, and Executive Director of all changes in employee status
