Overview:
The Leadership and Functional team focuses on growing great leaders and developing the critical skills that support the business. The Manager, Leadership Assessments & Coaching will drive best-in-class assessment and development experiences to enable colleagues to grow as leaders. This candidate will support the design and delivery of our leadership assessment and coaching programs, including the Leadership Behavior Insights (LBI), Amex 360, BetterUp, and other custom executive development solutions. This candidate will also support the thought leadership and innovation, analysis and impact measurement, budget management, process ownership, and compliance of these programs and experiences.
This position requires the ability to deliver high quality work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to support our colleagues’ development. Successful candidates will be results-driven, adaptable to change, have an external and enterprise mindset, and be able to manage competing priorities within tight deadlines.

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
