HR Employment Office Aide (Academic Year 2025-2026)
Job location: Hill Hall 3rd Floor
Pay rate or range: $12.00/hour

JOB PURPOSE:
To provide data entry support and customer service for the UW Human Resources Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working the front desk, answering a multi-line phone, routing phone calls appropriately, completing the federal Form I-9 for newly hired and rehired employees. Additional duties include filing, shredding, customer service, imaging documents, data entry and copying along with any other office duties that our HR Employment team may need.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma or GED. Business/HR majors preferred but not required
Experience: Some customer service experience
Other requirements: Must be eligible, have received and accepted work study award through Student Financial Aid for the applicable semester and/or academic year.
