We are seeking candidates for the following shifts in Eastern Time
Shift 1: 6:00pm-4:30am (Sunday, Monday, Friday and Saturday)
Shift 2: 6:00pm-4:30am (Monday, Tuesday Saturday and Sunday)
Must have an active Registered Pharmacist license with the AZ, NH, TX or FL Board of Pharmacy. Must reside in the state of Arizona, Florida, Texas or New Hampshire and must be able to commute to the office if necessary.
Key job responsibilities
● Speaking with customers over the phone and via email about issues that are clinical in nature, including but not limited to drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, new medication counseling, and drug omission counseling
● Outreaching to customers in response to voicemails left overnight for clinical issues
● Supporting Customer Care and Clinical Customer Care phone agents with clinical questions that need to be answered.
● Researching and completing customer requests via Zendesk tickets. These tickets can include but are not limited to approving packet sets, adjusting customers shipping facility, responding to customer emails, and responding to customer callback requests
● Investigating, reporting, and speaking with customers about potential Quality Related Events and PHI breaches
● Researching and recommending OTC products for customers
● Speaking with customers and addressing clinical complaints
● Completing miscellaneous tasks as needed. These tasks can include but are not limited to prescription transfers, speaking with medical offices, verifying prescriptions, and completing various billing related tasks
● Maintain an advanced understanding of all PillPack and Amazon Pharmacy’s policies and procedures as well as products and services
● Maintain confidentiality of all customer information
● Collaboration with teammates and other overnight teams

About the team
The Clinical Customer Care Team is an extension of the Customer Care Team in Salt Lake City. Pharmacists on the Clinical Customer Care Team act as the customer facing pharmacist and are the main source of clinical knowledge for our customers and for the Customer Care team.
● Must have an active Registered Pharmacist license within the board of pharmacy within the state you are working (AZ, NH, FL or TX)
● Strong interpersonal skills, including professional written and verbal communication
● Ability to apply clinical knowledge to customer situations in real time
● Ability to work autonomously and proactively identify areas in needs of improvement
● Ability to work within and navigate between multiple pharmacy systems
● Critical thinking providing out-of-the-box solutions
● Uphold Amazon Pharmacy’s Core Values and a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience
● Flexible, ability to adapt to change, and adjust to changing demands
● Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent
● 1+ years experience in a retail or mail order pharmacy setting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The Colorado base pay for this position ranges from $103,800/year up to $146,400/year. The National base pay for this position ranges from $93,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $161,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
