Job Description
We are currently seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in Columbus, OH. This role will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of our cloud services. The ideal candidate is results-driven, client-focused, and passionate about technology solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful implementation of services
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline
Provide exceptional post-sale customer support
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the tech or cloud services sector
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Knowledge of cloud technologies or IT services is a plus
