Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Associate to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you will participate in a structured development program designed to cultivate your leadership capabilities through real-world business challenges, mentoring, and progressive responsibilities. You will play an integral part in supporting organizational strategy, team performance, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Participate in leadership training programs and on-the-job learning experiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal processes and strategy execution
Assist in managing team performance and client relationships
Support senior leaders in planning and implementing key business initiatives
Analyze performance data and present insights to leadership
