Beloform is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Event Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of various corporate and private events. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every detail aligns with our standards of excellence.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of event planning from concept to completion
Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers
Develop event timelines, floor plans, and run-of-show documentation
Manage budgets, invoices, and financial reporting for events
Oversee on-site execution and ensure client satisfaction
Troubleshoot issues and adapt to changes during event execution
Conduct post-event evaluations and reports
Maintain excellent communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the planning process
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience as an event coordinator or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in fast-paced environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends as required
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
