Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Trainer to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs for our customer support staff. Responsibilities
Design and implement customer service training programs for new and existing employees.
