Job Description
Captura Hall is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our Tampa team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at client relationship management, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality service. The representative will act as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and continued satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments
Maintain and grow client relationships through regular communication and support
Resolve inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Prepare and review account updates, reports, and client feedback
Collaborate with team members to improve client service delivery
Identify potential upselling opportunities and relay them to the sales team
Ensure data accuracy and documentation within CRM systems
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
1-2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or client relations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
