Pros

The culture and cooperation between teams and team mates is amazing! We have all the resources we need to be successful and effective in our role. The work schedule easily allows a great work/life balance. Whether remote, hybrid or in office, the work is adaptable to real life.

Cons

As odd as it sounds, I work remote for the first time in my career, and I miss the office environment.
