Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with visual design principles, formatting, and layout aesthetics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Wrike, Asana or similar)
- Vendor coordination and print production oversight
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Responsibilities
- Support the Events Technology Manager with deadline management and clerical tasks
- Develop and manage creative and printing timelines in collaboration with the Creative Team
- Track progress from ideation through final delivery for multiple simultaneous events
- Maintain creative collateral workflows and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Monitor and communicate project status, risks, and potential delays to stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external vendors (Print House)
- Coordinate production timelines and ordering of printed event materials
- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
