Sales Analyst I

OPPORTUNITY HAPPENS HERE — REALIZE YOURS

Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly:

  • Track and reconcile sales commissions, ensuring accurate attainment vs. quota calculations and alignment with Finance data.

  • Contribute to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecasting processes through data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

  • Conduct performance analytics and year-over-year trend analysis on accounts, revenue, and commissions.

  • Use AI tools to transform raw data into actionable insights for weekly CGO briefings and monthly reviews.

  • Support budgeting and expense tracking by maintaining records, performing variance analysis, and collaborating with Finance.

  • Ensure data integrity across Salesforce and CGO reporting through spot checks, process documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

  • Abilities: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; proficient in Excel, Salesforce CRM, and basic SQL or data querying languages; experience with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role; industry experience in Consumer Directed Healthcare (CDH), healthcare benefits, SaaS, or fintech is a plus.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Location: Remote or Hybrid (Boston, MA; Maitland, FL; Milwaukee, WI)
