Skills
- Experience with residential and commercial access control, security, and video systems
- Strong on-site troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Training and presentation delivery experience
- Ability to travel extensively (50–75%) and work in field environments
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication
- Comfort working with cross-functional internal teams and partner stakeholders
- Familiarity with Alarm.com platform preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver field trainings and events to Alarm.com partners to facilitate product adoption and best practices
- Partner with internal stakeholders to communicate partner needs, issues, and platform feedback
- Perform needs assessments to tailor training and support level for each partner
- Collect and report partner and customer feedback to influence product and service improvements
- Assist partners on-site with installation, troubleshooting, and product testing
- Participate in product and feature testing and validation efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay current on new product releases and features
- Travel 50–75% to engage with partners and deliver trainings
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree, technical diploma, or industry certifications preferred
