Technical Account Manager - East Coast

Airtable is a no-code app platform used by hundreds of thousands of organizations to streamline critical business processes. The company is hiring a Technical Account Manager to act as a trusted technical advisor for a select book of Premium Support enterprise customers, guiding solution design, driving adoption of advanced features (including AI and automations), and channeling product feedback to engineering.

Skills

  • 3–6 years in technical account management, technical consulting, or solution architecture at a SaaS company
  • Hands-on Airtable building experience, including Interface Designer and advanced automations
  • Strong data modeling, solution design, and systems thinking across people, data, and workflows
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, automations, and basic scripting
  • Proven experience working with enterprise customers and managing post-sales technical relationships
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences
  • Experience designing and implementing AI-driven workflows within customer solutions

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a book of 4–5 Premium Support enterprise accounts as the primary technical advisor
  • Conduct regular health checks and technical reviews to ensure optimal platform usage
  • Lead and resolve technical escalations for high-touch customers to maintain satisfaction and retention
  • Advise customers on new product functionality, including AI features and advanced automations
  • Capture and channel technical feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap
  • Develop and maintain Premium Support playbooks and best practices for scalable success
  • Drive adoption and measure impact of AI features (e.g., Omni, Field Agents) on customer workflows
  • Monitor and report key success metrics such as retention, CSAT, and escalation resolution

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field preferred or equivalent practical experience
  • Relevant certifications or training in SaaS product implementation, data modeling, or automation tools encouraged
