Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end design initiatives for embedded financial experiences.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data science, marketing, and external partners.
- Iterate quickly and make data-driven decisions while maintaining a long-term design vision.
- Create frameworks, systems, and ways of working that scale across teams.
- Balance immediate shipping needs with scaling and platform coherence.
- Deliver exceptional visual and interaction designs that build trust and confidence.
- Champion experimentation, research, and analytics to continuously refine user experiences.
- Mentor and coach senior designers to raise design quality across the organization.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in design or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of product design experience (required) with demonstrated growth in scope and impact.
